The Testimonial

Create a testimonial form that you can hand out when a resident comes in to your office to give a compliment. Many times a resident will come in to see me and they want to tell me how great my maintenance technician or my leasing agent is. They want to express what a great job they did moving them in or taking care of their repair. Hand out the form and ask them if they wouldn’t mind filling it out. The written word goes a long way when encouraging or motivating staff. When they feel that they are appreciated it makes them proud and happy to come to work and further serve the residents. A copy can go in the resident’s file and the in employee file. Ask the resident if you may post a copy on face book or on your website. Don’t forget Google Reviews! This is a great way to show future residents what a great place your community is and how friendly and competent your staff is.
