Thank You Cards

In the apartment and Real Estate industry we are helping people relocate from all over the United States and beyond. We get calls from future residents that are going to make Las Vegas their home. This is an exciting yet stressful time for them. Think about promoting our city while promoting our communities. I thought it would be fun to create a direct mailer post card that looks like a Las Vegas post card but also had the community information and logo on it. This card can be used as a direct mailer but it would be best used as a thank you card. Send it out to the people who are moving from out of state or even out of the city. Make them excited about the many entertainment options that we have here in our city. Send it as a thank you to those who have toured your community or even those that call inquiring about your community! Or pop it in a package with not only your brochure and price list but a list of things our city has to offer. I have made a list of FREE places to go in Las Vegas. This can be especially helpful if you are located anywhere near the strip. So many people move here to work in the casinos. Give them a list of free shuttles or send them the bus schedule if they don’t plan on driving to work. Maybe you work at a senior community. Las Vegas has loads of senior discounts and each local casino has a senior day with discounts and buy one get one free buffets. You can jot these things down on the back of the post card when sending it out. “We look forward to seeing you. We are located right across the street from The Gold Coast Casino that has a great buffet and senior discounts on Wednesday!” Find out as much as you can about your future resident and why they are relocating to Las Vegas. This will help you decide what information to send them. Make their move a fun and positive experience.
