I created a facebook banner for my
property. It reads “Meet your neighbors on facebook!” of course you must list
your facebook address as well so that they can find you on a search. Post this
banner in a high traffic area like a pool area or near the mail boxes or
clubhouse. Encourage the residents to like your page by making sure that the
facebook logo is on all letterhead and newsletters as well. Make fliers that
have your facebook address on them asking everyone to like your page. Put the
logo on business cards and post cards. Order window stickers or plexiglass
signs for the office. Ask your residents where they work and offer to like
their page in return. Post pictures on your facebook page regularly and
invitations to upcoming events. Make it a social destination!
