Business Cards that Pop

As we all know a business card is the one thing that you use everyday.You hand out cards to vendors, customers and future residents when showing the model or touring your community. You hand them out at networking events and while doing outreach marketing. Since business cards are your main tool it makes sense that they should make an impact. Take a look at the many ways that your business card can leave a lasting impression and best of all a card that no one will want to throw away!

1. Folding card- This card is like a mini brochure. The front is a regular business card but it folds in two and when you open it, your amenities are listed inside!
2. Appointment card- This is a regular card on the front but on the back it allows you to put the appointment date and time on the card so that your customer or future resident will be able to refer back to it just like a doctor's office. This could list their move in date and time or when they are expected back to submit their application. You can use this for meetings with vendors or residents as well.
3. Networking cards- This can be used to introduce yourself to vendors or prospective residents during networking events. It can also be used strictly to promote your Facebook or twitter pages. For example the entire card would have the Facebook logo on it and states like us on Facebook with your Facebook handle so they can easily find you.
4. Magnet cards- A magnet means that this card will go on their frig or file cabinet and will most likely not be disposed of.
5. Referral cards- This card will have a place for your customers, vendors or residents to put their name or company name on to show that they referred someone to you. The person they referred brings in the card for an extra discount and it will let you know who sent them in. It encourages referrals and helps you to keep track of who to thank.
6. Bookmark cards- A card in the shape of a bookmark in which the person will actually use as a bookmark. Again less likely to be thrown away.
7. Dye Cut cards- These are cards in different shapes that are eye catching and pretty. No one wants to throw away a pretty card shaped like a flower or what ever matches your business. If you're an apartment community maybe it's shaped like your community.
8. Memory card- Yes I said memory card or memory stick. This will have your logo on it. Download your application, floor plans, brochure or your Utube commercial.
