The weather is warming up and the community is buzzing with events. Take this opportunity to reach out to your neighborhood businesses and participate in these events or host your own!
Have an Easter Egg Hunt or a Spring Time party. Invite the Easter Bunny and a photographer to take pictures. Set up a photo booth. This is very easy to do with some wrapping paper and decorations. Make sure to have stickers created that has your logo, website and contact info on them. You should have those handy at all times anyway but especially when hosting a party. Partner with vendors. Ask them to donate raffle prizes. Offer contests with prizes such as Easter baskets and coloring books for the kids and gardening tools and seeds for the adults. Offer fun and colorful refreshments and snacks or candy. Set up a bouncy house and face painting. Make sure to have lots of tables set up with games, crafts and treats. Bubbles are a big hit with kids as well. If you cater to seniors see if you can get a local celebrity to come out and perform. Make it an experience that your residents, customers and neighbors will be talking about for weeks. Remember if you don’t have the budget to hire people. Think outside of the box. Create your own games instead of hiring a bouncy house or purchase an Easter Bunny suit and ask an employee to take pictures with the kids. You can take the photos yourself if needed. Also there are lots of vendors that will volunteer their time and offer to sponsor entertainment. It doesn’t take a lot of money it just takes creativity.
