Say it with a Sweet Slogan

Have fun with slogans! Buy blank labels and print them right off of the computer. Put a catchy slogan on the label and stick them to candy bars, pop corn and jars of candy. Give them out when you tour future residents. You can also give them out to current residents at rent time. The resident gives you their rent check and you in turn give them a candy bar.
